What an amazing team
I was looking for a last minute planner for my parents anniversary and honestly Atelier events came to the rescue. Kelly was extremely attentive, it was great being able to text her and get all my questions out of the way. It truly helped a lot to have her mantain everything under control and she was quick to find solutions to any issues that came up. The customer service was amazing and I was able to find some great supliers even at such short notice. Will definitely be booking again with them for any events I do in the future. Thank you so much.
A great help with our party
Marquee guys were amazing, adapting quickly when hurdles were found. They need to give realistic arrival times though and keep to them.
Atelier successfully supplied what was requested, however options would have been appreciated and discussed before the bookings were made.
The company email hello@ is susceptible to being directed into Spam so did not receive invoices. The company did not issue receipts for deposits paid.
Kelly was very helpful and thoughtful at the event and well worth her being there to deal with the suppliers and the set up.
