Baked Bird

Established in May 2020, the Baked Bird® Family set out to create something truly unique, and disrupt the fried chicken wing game. The concept was simple - re-create the fried chicken, but without deep frying in oil. Thus, the guilt-free oven baked chicken wing was created.

Their wings are 24hr buttermilk marinated and coated in their secret spice mix breadcrumbs, oven baked to crispiness. These have been described as crispy, moist, succulent, tender and moreish.

For people who wish not to get their hands a little messy, they have created their Filthy Fries, a bed of skin-on fries topped off with marinated oven baked BONELESS chicken bites or if you are vegan, they have their tempura battered ‘VINGS’ (cauliflower). Watch this space as they bring out new mouth-watering specials, like their Mac ‘N’ Cheese Balls.

All this is served from their beautifully restored vintage horsebox trailer. Showing off their cool branding and always bringing the vibes to any event.

Baked Bird® has you covered as their meat is 100% Halal from a local butcher and all their homemade gourmet sauces are VEGAN using the best ingredients, plus they are environmentally responsible by using fully biodegradable packaging.
