We provide the very best barbecue that we can possibly make without compromise.

We’ve learned our trade in some of the best legendary barbecue pits in Texas and have applied everything we know to bring authentic barbecue to the UK. We have imported a Texan catering rig barbecue that weighs four and a half tonnes and can cater for up to 1,500 people a day.

However, the right tools are useless without the right technique and the very best of ingredients. We source only the finest grade USDA beef and British pork from Smithfield Market and smoke on real oak logs for 18-22 hours. We have a secret blend spice rub that is based on a competition winning recipe, consisting of fifteen different spices. We make our own fresh light coleslaw and make our own Kansas City style barbecue sauce (dark and rich).

We have a skilled team of three core employees and call upon up to servers to support us for larger events. We are a registered member of NCASS (The Nationwide Caterers Association), staff are certified to CIEH Food Safety level 2 and/or 3, we have a trained First-Aider and a Fire Marshall.
