I had jules do a mermaid pirate theme balloons for me and it's like she read my mind!! And more! They looked amazing my daughter was so happy with them and everyone commented on how good the balloons looked, jules arrived in uniform with all equipment needed, was very friendly and got straight to work putting the last touches to the party, I will now forever use bespoke events by jules for any upcoming parties we have.
