Brambles mobile gin, champagne and prosecco bar is a fantastic converted trailer with a modern and luxurious look that feels special at any occasion.

Here at Brambles, we provide much more than just a conventional bar. We ensure the best experience to make your special occasion that much more perfect. We are a fully licensed bar and stock all of your favourite beverages from gin, mixers, spirits, prosecco and champagne to wines, beers and ciders, along with the perfect cocktails! Not only that but we also provide a large range of premium soft drinks and non-alcoholic options, to make everyone's day enjoyable. All our drinks are served chilled with a choice of garnishes.

We can offer you one of our bar packages to make planning your event hassle free and cover Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire. We accept both cash and most major card payments along with contactless. We also hold all relevant certificates, insurances and licenses to trade.

Our Packages:
(1) Guest Bar
The bar is run as a normal cash bar, with drinks being paid for by your guests.
(2) Open Bar
Your guests are treated by you to free drinks during your event (invoice to be paid within 5 working days of event)
(3) Host Bar
You put a specified amount of money, to suit you, behind the bar to treat your guests and when this is reached, the bar will become a cash bar.
(4) Drinks Token
The value of each token will be decided at time of booking and will be valid for one drink. Once the tokens have been used, the bar will become a cash bar.

Hire Charge:
Your hire charge, payable at the time of booking, will include:
Securing your date
Hire of mobile bar for the day
Glassware or disposable glassware, straws and ice or glass hire at no extra cost
The option to customise the bar
A Temporary Event Licensing Notice which allows the sale of alcohol at your event
Two of our fully qualified, friendly members of staff to run the bar
Free delivery of our luxury mobile bar
