Cajun Creole

Feed your soul with a cajun burrito. This hand held fusion of mexican and cajun cuisine is a wrap filled with jambalaya, crunchy salad and a topping of either cajun marinated chicken, beef, halloumi or seitan (for the vegans). There is also a vegan jambalaya option, meaning that meat eaters, vegitarians and vegans can all tuck into a spicy burrito. The jambalaya on its own is suitable for gluten free diets. On request a chicken cajun melt and a cajun beef burger can be added to the menu.

Not only does this wholesome food look and taste great, the van looks great with references to the soul music scene. It also sounds great with a decent sound system thumping the tunes out. At the moment it is geared up to play soul music and related genres but with plenty of warning it will play anything.
