I’m chef Sammy and I provide custom designed dinners working closely with the clients needs/preferences.

I offer tasting menus of 7 courses and also 3 & 5 courses with a great variety of high quality produce.

Started full time in the June 2021 deciding to do my own thing and work for myself and grow as a business, having worked in Michelin star kitchens for the last 8 years and gained my knowledge of French cookery and modern fusion style.
