As an experienced, classically-trained chef and ex-restaurateur with over 30 years’ experience, I can offer my services to cater for a dinner party for a few select friends, or a more elaborate family gathering, for a birthday, wedding or even a funeral

Catering at some exclusive addresses and for equally discerning taste, over the years this is meant Neil has built up a wealth of experience to cater for most needs.
The services offered can range from from simple to sophisticated and scale from just a few friends around 100 guests. Private to corporate. Venues also range from private homes, to yachts, village halls, showrooms, boardrooms, cellars, stately homes, gardens and even the odd wooded glade!

The process, following an initial discussion will almost always be followed by a site visit to ensure everything will work smoothly on the day. Menus discussed and all guest requirements catered for, a detailed plan and quote is then sent. Depending on requirements other services such as flowers and decorations, marquees photographers, et cetera can all be arranged..

With the majority of the food prepared offsite in Neil’s five-star registered kitchen, which he will finish on site, ensuring minimal disruption to you.

On the day Neil and his staff will set up as agreed ready for your event. From a welcoming drink and coats taken to canapés or whatever you have arranged, to the final farewells. All the details are taken care of, so all you have to do is host and enjoy.
