Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.

Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.

They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.

Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.

Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.

They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).

They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Smooth from beginning to end.

Easy to communicate with in terms of being available and in understanding our requirements. Checked in with us in the lead up to the event. On the day their friendly and professional team arrived on site on time, set up with no problems and began serving food at the pre-arranged time. Served 150 covers will no problems. Received great feedback about the quality and how tasty the food was. The team then cleared up and left the site as they found it. Would definitely recommend Chop & Chip Co., to others and would not hesitate to use them again.

Perfect for my party

Really good communication throughout. Professional administration in the run-upm, they were able to accommodate all my needs (vegetarian, GF, Halal). Arrived on time, worked hard all through the day to serve my guest, and left no mess. Reliable, well-organised and great food. It couldn't have gone any better.
