Traditional vintage tricycle serving luxury Cornish organic ice-cream at weddings and events across Cornwall and Devon.
A beautiful set up at the incredible Polhawn Fort. The trike can (with a little help!) navigate incredibly difficult venues for access and here she is looking stunning at a wedding we did in summer 2021
The face behind The Ice Trike! With over 15 years experience of working in hospitality and catering, Sophie is the hostess with the mostess!
The cows used by Roskilly’s our ice cream provider are the stunning Jersey. Farmed organically and sustainably for generations they are prised for their rich creamy milk.
We use only the best waffle cones (gluten free available) and use bioplastic spoons made from veggies! Plus all our other sundries like the tubs and serviettes are biodegradable. Being as environmentally friendly as possible is at the heart of The Cornish Ice Trike.

The great thing about ice cream is everyone can enjoy it! We stock a delicious selection of creamy dairy, delightfully fresh sorbets using the water from Roskilly’s own Spring and new award winning Vegan range.

Don't forget we also cover all sorts of events across Devon and Cornwall. Be it your birthday, party, charity or corporate event we can cater up to 500.. We even helped Readymoney Beach Shop when we provided emergency cover during a weekend in summer 2021 when they had to shut the shop due to covid. The trike of course went down a treat and both the owners and tourists were very grateful!
