Country Kitchen Hog Roasts

We are a professional catering company with over 20 years experience in the food industry. We carry Public Liability Insurance and have a 5 star rating from the Food Standard Agency, Your Hog Roast will arrive in a temperature controlled vehicle to keep fresh and ready to be cooked once we have set up at your venue.

In addition to the Hog Roast we can also provide Whole Lamb, BBQ an array of additional accompaniments, Canape's and Dessert's.

As we get extremely busy throughout the summer months catering at Weddings & Hotels alike, early bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

We normally arrive at your event approx 6 - 7 hrs prior to serving, to set up and start the cooking process. Serving of the Hog Roast is up to 2 hrs accompanied by our irresistible, golden brown, crispy crackling for you to enjoy.

Once we have finished serving your guest's, any remaining food will be put onto foil platers to be enjoyed later. Clearing away of our equipment will be done with discretion and safety in mind allowing you and your guest's to enjoy the event.
