Defender Blender

Established in 2019 we have loved our (so far) 6 wonderful years of making people smile over coffee - food - music. We have served 120 breakfasts on our drive (please see our website and our social pages for the story), played mini music festivals on our drive and at local village halls with afternoon tea boxes and amazing music. Our legacy on leaving our beautiful home of 28 years in Perthshire (to move to the equally beautiful Scottish Borders in 2023) was our amazing DB Family - a community built out of the crazy mad time that was 2020 - people who made friends over coffee on our drive, who danced to our live music gigs, played by the superb @andyschofieldsax, and who sat along tressle tables in our gazebos on bonfire nights and Halloween nights eating our food and making such noise with their laughter and chat. We have served coffee and cake for over 400 amazing staff at the Gleneagles Hotel for several years now to celebrate their staff days, cooked up breakfasts and lunches for over 120 of the brilliant staff at Thermo Fisher Scientfic to help them through their Blue Monday Januarys, as well as looking after the staff and their clients on the Pentland Landrover VIP Days. Weddings are some of our favourite days too - from post ceremony coffee, pre reception music, or, particularly popular, the 'morning after the day before' coffee and bacon roll breakfast! With our fabulous Defender and Trailer, there is no event that we can't add just a little bit of vintage vehicle and broad smiles and laughter to!
