We specialise in Catering DOSA. We make our own batter inspired by my mother’s recipe.
We can cater for all occasions including business/corporate events.

Our dosa batter is made following the traditional & Artisanal process which reflects our authentic taste and values of our business.
I am Chef Kumar Murugan who created this company after over 10years of experience in the UK food industry. I have always been surrounded by food and my love for it began from my childhood thanks to my mother and her yummy south Indian dishes. I enjoyed seeing her spreading love and happiness through her dishes made with passion and creating flavourful dishes which had health benefits. She inspired me and encouraged me to follow my passion for food so I can explore the flavours and get creative. With Delicacy Of South Asia Ltd, I aim to provide everyone with tasty and healthy food which you will definitely love.

Really delicious food and fantastic staff!
The food made by Kumar and his staff was absolutely phenomenal, it was some of the best flavours I have ever tried. A true pleasure to deal with Delicacy of South Asia, we will definitely be having them back to our events again!
