Throughout our trading history we have typically attended events such as food and drinks festivals, Christmas markets and summer events. Our pop up bar is focused on serving English sparkling wine. The bar is part of a larger commercial enterprise, known as Fitz English Sparkling Wine, the first English wine to be produced in the same method as prosecco.

Our offering of drinks is therefore focused around Fitz based cocktails, locally sourced gins, craft beer & cider. We source all of our produce within the vicinity of Sussex, ensuring we have a good working relationship with the producers. Our is aim to provide a friendly and educated service at a high standard coupled with a great variety of drinks.

We offer a fully licensed bar with the intention of delivering a unique experience to our guests. Our bar is situated on the South coast of England, in West Sussex, making it easily achievable to travel to Essex, Kent, Surrey, Suffolk, Hampshire & London.

We are able to adapt to all event styles and types, whatever the terrain.
