Great experience
We originally ordered 2 hours of unlimited Mr Whippy for our wedding day. Unfortunately the machine broke near to our day so Wasim contacted us promptly and offered a free upgrade to ice cream rolls. The ice cream rolls went down brilliantly and everyone commented on how great they were! Wasim’s communication was great throughout the lead up to the event, he was punctual and the ice cream rolls were delicious. I would definitely use Drip Entertainment again. Thank you to the team!

Arrived about ten minutes late but made no difference to the event was set up quickly and efficiently and it was ran very well and everyone enjoyed the ice cream
Daughters 21st Birthday 12 August 2023
Drip Entertainment were booked to provide crepes, waffles and candy floss as Dessert
At 8.30pm on party night I received a message asking for our address. I had already provided this in April!!
Secondly they turned up without a table or any set up( which was included in the price) and a faulty extension lead, my husband and I were running around trying to find a table and extension lead at 9pm. The toppings for dessert were in cheap takeaway boxes and the entire set up looked cheap and tacky. As an added bonus, I think this may have been the first time they had made crepes.They had come completely unprepared for our daughters 21st Birthday.
The communication I have had after the event is shocking, I have forwarded to Adtoevent

Wasim provided great service. Everyone loved the ice cream. The communication prior to the event was really good. The guests gave excellent feedback. Will use Drip Entertainment in the future again.

Wasim was great, very professional and everyone loved the soft serve ice cream with an amazing selection of toppings and sauces. It was the perfect dessert choice for our work Summer party - thanks Wasim! :-)
Good icey rolls
The Icey rolls which Wasim and his colleague made were absolutely delicious. My guests really loved it. The only issue I had was I had 100 guests and was advised 2 hours but after communication with Wasim it felt 3 hours was better and I duly obliged and paid. In the multiple telephone conversations I had, I was told that my guests will be happy and is unlimited.
On the day, after 2hrs, he said that he has run put of all the stuff I had paid for ( even though I had paid for 3 hrs unlimited) as he mentioned loads of guests had multiple helpings. Despite arguing with him that it was supposed to be unlimited for 3 hours, he would not agree. I had to pay a further £100 in cash so he could go ahead and serve more. I did not want to argue but....
