Our speciality is miniature bite-sized sushi which can conveniently be eaten from beautifully presented platters as they are passed around as part of a buffet. Our menus are exquisite, using the very best ingredients to create food that tastes amazing and looks phenomenal. Our canapés are meticulously prepared, innovative and beautifully presented to suit the style of your event. The canapés are mostly substantial and are selected from an extensive list of items.

Three course dinners & lunches are diligently created by our team of chefs to provide pure pleasure and satisfaction for the taste buds. Our buffet & Bowl Food menus continue in the same theme as above and introduce a degree of informality to the proceedings. The food is substantial and really adds to the flavour of the party.
