At Eyes2Me Photography, the focus is on capturing those moments naturally and honestly, without turning your day into a long photoshoot. With decades of experience and a relaxed, documentary approach, I quietly blend into the background so real smiles, real tears, and real joy can unfold naturally. The result is a collection of timeless images that tell the true story of your wedding day—images filled with genuine emotion that you and your family will treasure for generations.

Our Story

I’ve been a photographer in South Wales for over 40 years — long enough to have seen trends come and go, but still just as passionate about capturing real moments as I was when I first picked up a camera. Photography has always been about people for me. Real expressions. Genuine connection. The moments in between the posed ones. I’d describe myself as relaxed, warm, friendly, and non-intrusive. I enjoy a laugh, I don’t take life too seriously, and I’m very much a “go with the flow” kind of person.

My clients enjoy a relaxed, fun day with very little intrusion on the wedding day. My niche style is a relaxed, candid documentary style. I don't need photo lists. Sometimes, you see me, and I get a natural reaction, often with a lovely smile. The smile is genuine happiness. Not gritting teeth for the camera. Your Love Story, Frame by frame.

Absolutely fantastic!

Jim did an absoultely amazing job photographing our wedding! He was great to have around on the day, and captured so many amazing photos which we will treasure forever. He was really helpful during the day, and was able to help us with suggestions of what could be photographed etc. We'd highly recommend him!

The best wedding photographer you could ask for

My husband and I could not have made a better choice than Jim as our wedding photographer. Not only has he taken amazing photos, he has been a pleasure to work with and talk to, there have been laughs and smiles all the way through the process, and he was a huge hit with our guests too. The care he has taken in putting our wedding box together is wonderful, and you get so much for your money. The online album is fantastic, and makes it so easy to share our day with our friends. If you're looking for a photographer please look no further, you won't be disappointed!  Thank you, Jim. Not only have you given us beautiful photos for us to remember the day by, but you made our day so much more enjoyable with your fantastic company.
