Smoking has long been a process of curing and preserving, however, it also imparts unique flavours to the meat, fish, poultry or vegetables being smoked.

After years of experimentation searching for the right combinations of natural smoked flavours, meats and vegetables. We bring our epicurean passions to Fontmell Smokehouse.

All are slow-cooked and marinated with our very own rub blend of herbs and spices.
