FRANKS is a successful food truck business serving up daytime flavour-packed hot rolls.
The menu changes regularly but always keeps some of the big hitters available such as Porchetta + green sauce and aioli, or FRANKS hashies with Cafe De Paris butter and crispy onions.
FRANKS food is handheld, designed for on-the-go, and perfect for events where you want to serve food that has been made with passion and care.

PORCHETTA Porchetta originated in the central region of Umbria, and can be found throughout Italy. It is a staple of Italian street food served from distinctive white vans in markets up and down the country. Hefty fennel and rosemary herb flavours set this piggy apart. A true Porchetta is made from a whole stuffed suckling pig cooked over a pit.
At FRANKS we source our Cornish pork from local expert butchers using only the most succulent cut of crackling, belly and loin. Slow cooked overnight, the pork is then sliced and served hot on fresh Da Bara ciabatta rolls. The traditional punchy herbs, garlic and lemon zest combo is delivered in our special Porchetta blend butter. Just choose your filling.
