At fresh delights we provide a high class catering service to all of customers from a wedding buffet to a business launch having the skills and experience of out side, Caribbean, hot and cold finger buffets wakes last minute catering and BBQ chef service catering our all catered for with delights. Providing the East Midlands with a healthy sustainable eating option.

We take pride in our solid reputation for a dependability and high quality of our products and services. Our menus are freshly cooked and prepared where possible on the day of the events. We only use the best of local produce ensuring a healthy lifestyle with delicious menus options. No matter how unusual the venue, we can provide the equipment and organise the catering and service to the last detail. From the simplicity of freshly made sandwiches, to more involved formal silver service luncheons, fresh delights have quality caterers-which sets new standards for creative, affordable corporate and special event catering in the Leicester shire and Warwickshire areas.

When it comes to Caribbean herbs and spices we have the knowledge, using traditional herbs and spices from my grannies roots of Jamaica.

Here's a selection of our catering services: Chicken wrap it up- marinated chicken breast with delicious healthy fillings, marinades served with fresh salad in sauces wrapped in a large tortilla. Gourmet burgers, BBQ chef, buffet platters, fresh fruit kebabs, salad box of delicious delights and toasted sandwiches.

Fabulous service!!

We used Fresh Delights for the catering at our summer dance event and I can't praise them enough. From set up to finish Leanne and her team worked tirelessly providing BBQ'd food for 300 people. Book Fresh Delights with confidence, they will do a great job

Just perfect!

Thank you so much to Leanne who provided such a wonderful service & amazing food for our party! So easy to book, lots of payment methods available, arrived on time with all equipment and the food was incredible. Perfect choice for our party & I would definitely recommend!
