Just Add Ice - The Ice Box

We create cocktails and deliver a bespoke service to you for your event. We love to see the smile on peoples faces as we make and serve our outstanding cocktails. We supply everything you need, we just need electric and a fresh water tap. We use only glass to serve in (unless requested otherwise). A little theatre is always good and we have a new smoke and bubble machine and we like to use a bit of dry ice too!

We offer our mobile converted horse trailer and we now have Pop up bars too, so if you are limited on space we can still serve you.

We can add cocktails to our menu to suit your needs as well as renaming some for instance to the Mr & Mrs, or Beth's Birthday Brooklyn Bomber.

We also offer Master Classes, where we come along and bring everything you need to make your own cocktails!

We can cater for up to around 100 people and will have 3 mixologists plus 2 servers/clearers for a party of 100. We create bespoke menus which we print and distribute to your guests, these can of course be with or without prices.

The way in which you wish to run the bar is entirely up to you, we can offer a token bar which can then turn into a cash/card bar, or you can put money behind and we can up date to where you are with your spend.

We ensure The Ice Box is dressed appropriately for your event, hearts and flowers for weddings, engagements and Valentines, ghosts and spiders for Halloween, red and white for Christmas. Balloons and bunting for Birthdays. Corporate events we are happy to use branding.
