Customers love us because they can book just 1 stall or create a festival feel by booking multiple stalls with just 1 point of contact! Our Managing Director/Head Catering Manager, Chris, manages all events with his team of managers.
All our menus have trialled all our menus for 3 months at Trinity Kitchen in Leeds to adjust our menu and recipes to ensure they are of the highest quality.
We also offer a bacon sandwich stand if you want a late-night option to finish off your evening, along with dessert options of waffles or churros, or crumble
Where possible, we use local suppliers for our produce. Our meat is produced by Dunwood Farm in Staffordshire and is only two miles from our base.
We offer an all-in service, which includes packaging, forks, plates, condiments, etc., so you don't have to lift a finger.

Our Team

Terry Shirley- Senior Chef Terry has worked as a chef since leaving the British military, working in various restaurants - where he has created British, Pan-Asian and South American menus. There really is nothing this man cannot cook.
Nick Morgan- Chef Nick has worked in various locations around Staffordshire as Head Chef - notably The Smokin’ Duck in Alsager. With the Let's Go team being regular customer of the Duck, and being extremely impressed with their service, we offered Nick a role with Let's Go Street Food among our roster of talent
Callum Smith- Chef Having worked as Terry's apprentice at a restaurant in mid-Wales, Callum rose through the ranks eventually taking over as Head Chef. Callum decided on a change of pace and joined us at Let's Go Street Food where he helps create delicious food week on week.
Experience
- 2011 - We set out serving Mexican street food, with the aim to serve the most authentic and freshest street food possible. Over the next few years we built up a steady events list and contacts as our business grew, learning many lessons along the way, and perfected our recipes.
- 2014 - Whilst on our travels we surmised that it was rare to find high quality Fish and Chips. By way of a coincidental chat with a customer at a beer festival, we ended up purchasing our beloved blue 1979 Renault Estafette van. Soon to become the Fish and Chip Van!
- 2016 - We served at a friends wedding, and they provided their own burgers which included beef and boar. The produce was utterly incredible and we thought “We need to get this out there! "After trialling at more and more weddings and events, the results were in and ‘Beef or Boar’ was a hit. And so we had another string to our bow.
- 2018 - After trading with ‘Beef or Boar’ in Trinity Kitchen in Leeds for six weeks, an opportunity arose for us to continue trading for a further two months. Itching for a new and different product we met with our butchers. Specialising in high quality Longhorn bred cattle, we ordered samples which resulted in some highly approving taste tests. Especially when the steaks were twinned with our now-popular toasted brioche buns and crispy lettuce. Here, ‘The Longhorn Steak Co’ was born. - 2019 - Let's Go Street Food continued to evolve with a number of full time employees joining the business. Dan successfully managed the list of festivals we successfully work at, leaving Chris able to build our corporate and private events arm of the business. In this we supplied food for PWC, Budweiser, Corona, Amazon, British Sugar, Yorkshire Tea, Mercedes and Greencore, serving up to 2000 meals a day.
- 2020 - Introduced 2 new stalls: Let's Go Dogs and Let's Go Chicken Burgers. Let's Go Dogs was born from our love for Christmas, offering bacon wrapped, giant bratwurst and an abundance of toppings, creating our "Christmas Dog".
Let's Go Chicken Burgers is another addition to our burger offering tradition and once we'd experimented with the corn flake batter, we knew this would be a winner.
- 2022 - After successfully working our way through covid with a daily contract with an IT company, serving their staff lunch and coffees daily for 18 months. We added our new stalls 'Jamaican' Me Crazy' and 'Kefalonia Nights'.We built a great relationship with the staff and directors in these tough years and they provided the essential feedback to perfect these menus. - 2024 - During a staff meeting, we were all discussing our love for curry and how it is all one of our favourite meals. We decided it was a must to have a curry option, not just for our personal pleasures but for customers too. A 3 day development in an Air BnB took place to finalise our favourite cuisine which we have called 'Ruby Murrays'
- 2025 - We were nominated for the Togather 'Supplier of the Year' award, but ended up scooping 'Supplier Legend' to honour the 14 years of hard graft since we opened! It was fantastic to be recognised within the industry as well as by so many happy customers.
As well as this we added two further stalls to the roster: O'Reilly's Irish Stout Burgers and also Crimble Crumble, serving the homely British favourite.
