How to book alternative bands for your event

1. Tell us the vibe you want

Share your event date, guest numbers and what you want to hear, such as 90s indie, modern rock or a set packed with well-known covers. Add any must-plays and the sort of atmosphere you’re aiming for so alternative bands can quote accurately.

2. Compare alternative bands

You’ll receive quotes from available alternative bands. Look through reviews, photos and videos, then message bands to check song choices, set lengths, encore options, break music and what they need on the day.

3. Book your band and lock it in

Once you’ve chosen your alternative band, book directly with them and confirm the timings, setup and any special requests. You’ll know exactly what’s included, leaving you free to focus on the rest of the event.

Great band for our Summer Ball!

"We were looking for a quality band that could offer a variety of music to suit a mix of ages - and Re-Release stood out immediately. From initial communications, to the day of the event we had numerous very friendly and very efficient comms with the Band Manager - making the whole process easy for us in terms of the arrangements and detail. The Manager worked with us to ensure we were happy with the songs on the playlist - they actually flexed the playlist slightly on the night, reading the room and maximising the enjoyment for guests. The band were excellent, with a great lead singer - and they created a wonderful atmosphere (a transformation for us from previous bands!). We've had fantastic feedback from our guests on the night."

Such an interesting and fun band.

"We had white light band for our summer party and they were fantastic. Great costumes, musical talent and starlight personas made this a band that was great for rockers, mums and grandmas alike. This is not your average boring wedding band, white light band really brought the noise and played our favourite tunes,"
