KB’s Burgers & Bites provide a uniquely designed converted food truck based in West Sussex selling a selection of homemade gourmet burgers, a range of bites, soft drinks, milkshakes and hot drinks.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order for us to provide a comprehensive quote we will require just a few details including, the date and times of the event, a belief description of the event, expected number of guests or an idea of footfall, venue location and information relating to whether there is water and electricity available. From the information provided we are able to put together a dynamic plan to meet the needs of your event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, enquire if the burgers are homemade or not, there is a significant difference to quality, taste and size. Ask for information regarding the food provider's menu, to ensure you are choosing a provider that has a good understanding of the food they are serving. Finally, enquire into food hygiene rating and due diligence systems to ensure the provider has a good level of hygiene and has the relevant protocols and procedures in place.

KB’s Burgers & Bites is a mobile food caterer providing a range of homemade gourmet burgers and a selection of bites. KB’s Burgers & Bites was created by a team of foodies who have a passion for making high-quality homemade food at an affordable price. The KB’s Burger & Bites team does not only have a passion for creating delicious food but also has extensive experience in both cheffing, hospitality and other customer-facing roles. We don’t only pride ourselves on providing high-quality homemade food, but also creating an unforgettable experience for our customers. Creating KB’s Burgers & Bites had been a dream for the KB’s team for many years and it was only when attending an event themselves, that it became apparent that very few mobile catering units selling burgers sold homemade burgers. From that moment the KB’s dream began to become a reality.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We found out about Add to Event from another food vendor at our first-ever three-day event in July 2022. Since then we have applied and received interest in countless events and recently have just confirmed our first booking after only recently fully perusing the site and its services. I recently had our account reversed by Helen, and it was such a great service! She informed us of changes we could make to our profile in order to get the most out of the service. Helen was lovely and it was such a positive experience.
