What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date and time, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, potential venue, and what services they are looking for. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable bespoke quote.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly ask the provider for testimonials from previous customers. Secondly ask for photos of examples of work. Finally check there are no hidden costs with the quote you have received.

Epic Chair Hire was born out of a hobby for all things hospitality. With over 20 years experience, our passion and drive have helped us create customers visions and give them the day of their dreams.
