What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

It's helpful for us me to know first off - exactly what YOU are looking for during your event. That with a specific date and time (start & finish) helps me to create a quote that suits YOUR needs. Next, it would help to know what kind of venue is being used for your event - that way I can be sure that I bring equipment suitable for what you would needs. Indoor and outdoor requirements & the number of guests would also be helpful.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say to ask about what it is they supply? What can they supply? Do they offer anything else that may be of interest to you? Ask if they have the experience, find out the specifics about what they will show up and provide. Check out reviews.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started this business as I've always had a passion for creating magical moments. I've worked in Entertainment for the last 5 years and before and during that, I've worked in childcare for Primary Schools too! I love being able to create a moment that means something. For years, I've always said I wanted to do something like this and the day came where I thought it best to stop dreaming and make it a reality.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have had a few event requests so far on Add to Event which shocked me! I wasn't expecting to get requests through as often as they do come. I already have two bookings and I've been using the site religiously for maybe 2 weeks! Amazing work. I think it's the more you use it, the better the experience. I would highly recommend.
