The easy way to book a Coffee Van

1. Tell us about your event

Share your event date and guest numbers, plus the vibe you’re after. Add practical details like service times and any access notes so Coffee Van Hire can plan for queues, set-up and a smooth flow. If you have a running order or peak moments, include them.

2. Compare Coffee Van Hire options

Review quotes and check what’s included, from menu and pricing to power requirements and set-up needs. Read trusted reviews and view photos from previous events to choose a Coffee Van that matches your expectations. You can message to ask about dairy-free milks or branded cups.

3. Confirm the booking details

Once you’ve chosen your Coffee Van Hire, agree the final details such as arrival time, serving window and where they’ll park. They’ll take care of the coffee service on the day, so you can focus on your guests.
