From the moment Mo was notified of my event she was on the phone offering her services in a professional but friendly manner not over-bearing, but just letting me know that she was available to meet my needs. She very kindly allowed me to view the numbers as this was my first event of using such facilities and that put me at ease that I was able to meet her face-to-face.
