What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

Three key things will dictate the price of your wedding package: the number of hours you want us for (we make 40-50 crepes an hour), the fillings you'd like to get and the location of your venue. If you want to get a few ideas, you could ask to discuss some wedding package suggestions. Obviously you don't have to go for these, it's just to give you an idea of fillings and budget.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, I'd make sure a taster session is included in their party packages as it's very important to make sure you're happy with the food they're providing. I'd also check I'm happy with their look as you want to make sure they look professional and smart enough for your reception. Finally, I'd check they have a 5 out of 5-star hygiene rating as this is critical before going any further.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We've had so many bookings since signing up to this platform, it's brilliant. If I had to pick one, it would be our catering for a large French bank, Societe Generale, at one of their financial exhibition. The client and their guests were very happy and are using us again next year. Our corporate portfolio is growing nicely since signing up and we have recommended Add to Event to all our catering friends.
