What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To get a fast quote from Evoke Entertainment please provide us with an explanation of what entertainment you require and what type of event you are hosting. We may need to ask you more questions but this information is a great starting point for us to work with. We will get back to you with various options and suggestions and we create for you the perfect entertainment package.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, never prioritise lower rates over the quality of work unless you really have to. Please understand when booking entertainment this does not mean paying what you want for an hourly rate. Entertainers of all kinds have trained and practised all their lives to deliver what you are asking for so do not be offended if you think the rate is too high for the time which you require because it is not about time it is about skill.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Evoke Entertainment was created to not just supply high-quality entertainment acts but to create experiences. We always offer our clients original party ideas to go with their themes. We supply more than just entertainment we create immersive experiences so our clients can have their guests talking about their event for the rest of their lives.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Evoke Entertainment is relatively new to the platform but we have had two bookings so far and our third is coming up which we are very much looking forward to. The event we have coming up is a private party with a festival theme for an 8-year-olds birthday party. We are supplying face painters, glitter make-up artists, festival-style hair braiders and hair stylists and of course a team of beautiful festival dancers with a family-friendly disco festival theme. We can't wait to create this experience for our clients.
