What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for someone reliable, hard-working and willing to communicate. Check their equipment is in good working order and if asked they should be able to provide relevant PAT test docs for their equipment unless it's under a year old.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started my passion from a young age starting out as a singer and performer and at the age of 15, I started buying lighting and sound equipment to build up and be able to DJ. In this time I've sold and upgraded equipment a number of times to ensure I stay at the top of my field providing great evenings of entertainment and with a room that can be glowing with lights and effects to just add to a fantastic atmosphere.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
This platform gives me business that I never knew about, I must reply to around 200 requests a week regarding people needing services. It's a great way to build up business I started out DJing for small parties and events and now I'm receiving requests for great city-centre venues as well as also getting repeat business from local community clubs I've provided for. So yes I would recommend Add to Event.
