What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

When creating a quote for our clients, we usually ask for them for the basic details at first such as the date, type of event e.g birthday party, wedding, number of guests, venue or desired location etc. These simple details will help create an estimated quote for you. This is perfect for clients who don't entirely know their budget just yet, and need something to work off of.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Great tip for finding the right provider would be to first start offsetting down the style you want, have a budget in mind so you don't overspend and then ask the provider about bespoke work or packages they provide. Makes sure you really note down everything you will be receiving from the provider ask to see a sample of their work to test the quality. Make sure they are capable of providing for your size of event and style. Ask to see testimonials and work they have done in the last 2 to 3 months. This is a great way to try out a new provider. Although the best way I think is if you can try and attend an event they are working at, then you can see first hand how well their service and products are.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Eventaholics came about while working for an amazing events company. I had been working in the wedding industry for a little and absolutely adored the industry. My previous experience was working In the entertainment/music industry so I thought I could marry the two. Entertainment is key to any awesome event and who doesn't want a jaw dropping design when you enter an event? Eventaholics is focused on providing an incredible experience for their clients, transforming their reality for a day. We specialise in exclusive weddings and events for clients of all cultures and pay close attention to what our clients style and personality are to create an event they would love to attend again and again.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I've had quite a few bookings through Add to Event and I can honestly say they are some of my favourite clients. The process is so smooth, easy and efficient for both sides. One of our favourites was for a prom in Kent. The client was fab and gave us a clear direction as to what they would wanted, but gave us the freedom to creative while being budget friendly. The client was really happy with our set and design. And was also one of the first to use some of our exclusive products for their event.
