What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We evolved from a DJ business, where we saw a huge gap in the market for weddings. In the last 8 years we have continued to grow and expand into a full events management company.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We recently had a large booking for a half marathon in Bedford, which went exactly to plan and it was a great event. A type of event we'd like to do more of, if I'm honest!
