Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started the business due to a "eureka moment" while attending a music festival with our children. In fact - it was our kids that came up with the concept! My background in food development and service meant that I came up with a unique method that would just not go away. We knew that we had a special product and a special brand offering and now there is nothing better than providing the great British public with our super-tasty food! In two months I quit my corporate job and the trailer was born. One year in and the concept has been delighting diners up and down the country ever since.
