In order to provide a fully comprehensive quote to prospective clients, it is important to be clear and concise. We need to know the time and location, a guest number and a little bit about your venue.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would ask to see pictures of the food van, ask about the menu and about past experience in providing catering for your type of event. It's important that you get along well with your provider, so an introduction about you and your expectations for your event is an excellent way to begin the relationship.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

After travelling in Australia and Europe, I had the epiphany that food was something I had always loved - and loved to share. After tasting the amazing street food on offer all over the world I decided to retrain and seize the day. Upon arriving back in the UK, we bought a food van and the Singing Pineapple was born.
