What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and a potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together an example menu and costing.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be specific in what you are after, in the final paragraph don't be vague. Ask about pricing, menu, unique selling points.
Be clear as to what type of bar service you require ie cash bar, paid for. What's your budget?
Most of all don't be scared to communicate, we don't bite.

Once upon a time, over a G&T, two professionals in Marketing and HR decided to escape from the rat race. Lo and behold, fifteen months on,
Adams & Rose was born.
Our aim is to provide an amazing customer experience with our unique menu and classy yet quirky renovated horse-box. We love to socialise (and have a drink or two!) and we also know what makes an unforgettable event.
It's been a great journey so far. From watching our old Rice Beaufort Treble horsebox renovated into the stunning bar it is today to our first event which was a phenomenal success and long may it continue...it's been the best decision we ever made.

We've had a few bookings from this great platform. A corporate event we did was enjoyable. Excellent communication throughout the process, we also picked up a wedding at the event so that was a lovely bonus. It's great to see companies succeed and staff enjoying themselves and feeling valued.
