The Baa Baa Bar offer a flexible drinks menu; you can have as much or as little input as you like. They can work with you to customise the menu, or you can let them know what your favourites are, Based in Snowdonia, North Wales, they will happily travel to events with their Horsebox and or Pop Up bars and are available for weddings, parties, festivals, private and corporate events.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to be able to give you the best quote, we ideally need to know the date of the event (if this isn't known yet, we can still pencil you in provisionally) the type of occasion, from a Corporate event, to a Wedding on your family farm, Hen Do, to a pop up in a Village Hall. We'll need to know the approx. no of guests and location. With these details, we can use our experience to help you come up with the best possible options.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, ensure the provider is fully insured, licensed and experienced in events, things can go wrong very quickly if these things aren't in place. You also need to make sure they've preferably had some experience in specifically the type of events that you're looking to book them for, this will ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible on the day.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

The Baa Baa Bar was created in 2018 out of love for great tasting drinks, a flare for creativity and the absolute joy of attending all kinds of events, offering bespoke touches and meeting so many lovely and interesting people along the way is a bonus!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We've had so many bookings through Add To Event it's hard to choose which one is the best! One that really stands out, is an event we did for North Face, in the heart of Snowdonia, it was a camping/wilderness weekend. The location was a little tricky to get to, in a field in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by mountains! In true Welsh spirit, it rained most of the weekend, but this didn't dampen the spirit of the campers who had an amazing time, and enjoyed sipping some locally sourced beers and bespoke cocktails we had on the menu of an evening, while enjoying the activities North Face had planned. Without Add To Event, we would never have had unique opportunities come our way like this one.
