We like to keep things as simple as possible so that the process of booking our services is really straightforward. We will ask you for the following to get the ball rolling:
• Type of event (Wedding/ Private Party/ Corporate event/ Product Launch)
• Date
• Location / Venue
• Number of guests
• Type of Bar you would like e.g. Full Traditional Bar, Gin Bar, Pimm's Bar or other.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The first thing to consider is quality and reliability. There are lots of Mobile Bars on the market with varying degrees of quality. Always look at social media reviews and look out for awards and accolades for service.
Secondly, ask the supplier about their drink prices so you don't have any unexpected surprises at a later stage. Pricing should be clear and uncomplicated so don't be afraid to ask twice if something doesn't make sense first time around. Finally, ask the supplier what else they can help you to make your event run smoothly. After all, they are experts in the field so a good supplier will be really happy to advise.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

While planning for our own outdoor wedding we found that there was a gap in the market for truly high-end, affordable bar offerings and, with a desire to unleash my untapped creativity, the concept of saddlers was born. A professionally converted horsebox with stunning craftsmanship and fabulous materials. Our USP? We specialise in sourcing great products, ethically produced as small-batch and by artisan producers. The focus on carefully sourced food has increased significantly over the last 6-8 years so, we are keen to provide a great drinks service which compliments this movement. We research origin, provenance, manufacture and the story behind the product to achieve this and to ensure quality. In addition to our careful selection of products we not only pride ourselves on brilliant customer service, but we provide a fun service where the bar just seems to always end up being the focal point of the event.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
