What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide you a quote we will require, date, timings (if this can be flexible), approx number of quests, PAYG or prepaid and location. All factors that can change the value of your quote :).

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would be checking if the provider is available and if they have a contingency plan should something go wrong. I would also be checking the reviews of what other events they have catered for and how they went.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

After moving to Devon, I struggled to find a job that could give me the flexibility within our rural area. One night I joked with my daughter why don’t we start the rural ice cream van, and from there it blossomed into a great idea.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Have had plenty of good bookings through Add to Event, very easy to use platform and can message the organiser while on the move from my phone. Also had a few repeat bookings and have gone at it a little harder this year.
