What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide an accurate quote we need the following details:
Date of the event.
Time of the event.
The full address of the event.
How many people are expected to attend?
What type of event is it?
How many years the event has been running.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To make sure they have full public liability. Research the potential supplier ie their reviews, their website etc!
Ask what products they supply and the prices.

I have been in the industry since I came out of school! I use to work and help the ice cream man that use to park inside my school, I knew after that first day I worked with him that this was my future career!
I'm very proud of my business and every day I go to work I love it, to me that is priceless!
