In order to provide a fully all-inclusive quote, we will ideally need the date of your event, an explanation of the type of event including the number of guests attending, and the size of the outdoor venue. With this information, we will then use our experience and expertise to put together the right package for your needs.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would recommend that you ask your provider the type of structure they are looking to provide and whether or not attention to detail has been made to take into consideration all aspects of your event and venues needs. Our goal is to only provide quality tried and tested equipment that is built to last in the unpredictable weather of the UK, working very closely with the manufacturer.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
South East Event Hire was started from an idea to provide event equipment not only to larger commercial venues but to bring the experience of a venue to your own back garden or private space. Our passion is to provide a great customer experience and service across the southeast and always look at ways to expand and improve the levels of service we offer to our customers.

If I had to pick one it would be a South coast-based aviation company that required 4 dining igloo domes for a unique staff function, dining under the stars. Being able to provide a quote and follow up on any questions the organisers had, we were able to quickly identify the needs of the event organisers and provide 4 large dining domes to the event which were erected and provided taking into account all measurements and bespoke requirements.
