From this, our specialist staff members can use their experience and work with you to make your event special. Following this, we send you an invoice and if you are happy we take a small deposit and your booking is confirmed!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many different types of igloos but some may not suitable for your event. Ask the provider to explain why it is they are recommending certain packages to you in order to make sure the quote is made especially for your event! Finally, be very wary of the type of provider you chose, we have had many customers that have come to us after being let down at the last minute by other providers. Igloo Dome Events Hire (Cymru) was founded out of the love for making people's days memorable! We have been in the events sector for years and have had the pleasure of seeing many smiles on our customer's faces. We wanted to create a company that puts customers personal requests at the core of its service and goes above and beyond meeting expectations.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Looking back since we started, we have had many bookings. The most recent was very emotional. Our customer was let down by a previous company and they were so upset. It was their anniversary and they had a very challenging last few years so having this event was very special to them. After talking with the customer, I understood how important this event was to him. Although we were fully booked, I sourced another igloo from our sister company. After setting up the igloo, the customer was very emotional and thanked us for making their event special! I have recommended Add to Event for many years and will continue to do so as they are very easy to work with!
