All of the cuisine is home-made, fresh, and made from the finest traditional ingredients to promote an authentic Indian taste.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We would like to know the menu (canapés, mains, sweet), number of guests, venue, buffet service or sit down, number of hours of service, plate requirements, cutlery requirements, and if chafing dishes need to be supplied or not. This will allow us to make an accurate, competitive booking.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please look for number of years of experience in the industry, credentials, reviews, and be sure to speak to caterers for all of your questions. Most importantly, design your menu according to your event and guests.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I was a home cook but had a passion for cooking. The business was started from home in 2006, and demand grew over time so I rented a small shop from where the catering orders are fulfilled. I am now very well known in the area for the quality of my food. I started off with cooking for 2 people and have now grown to where cooking for 400 plus people is done and delivered to the various venues all on-site.
