I would advise a potential client to ask the below questions to ensure they are fully informed on the items they are hiring.
Marquees - what size and number of people the marquee will hold (seated and standing) how will the area for the marquee be level, what added extras are available (flooring/lights/heaters/tables and chairs)
What is their assembly time and ensure the supplier has appropriate liability insurance?
For light up Letters / Numbers, ask are the letters PAT tested and have they the appropriate liability insurance. The size of the Letters / Numbers (height and width) Colour of the lights available (e.g. warm white/cool white etc) Are the items suitable for outdoor use and the assembly time.
