What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to give a full quote for an event I need to know the size and ages of the audience, the length of time you'd like me to fill, the venue details, i.e is it indoor, outdoor or under cover? I can then accurately assess what equipment I need and how I can best meet your needs.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I use a mix of ventriloquism, puppet show and magic - therefore my act works best with an audience that can be engaged. I use a lot of audience participation and personalisation to make the event special. I generally work with an audience rather than doing table work but can accommodate all age groups.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I have been involved in puppetry for about 20 years, but developed a ventriloquism act about 12 years ago. This further developed into a cabaret act including magic and music. I often sing 40's songs and work with older people which has been very popular.
