I would suggest thinking about how formal you would like the catering to be first, of all. Do you want guests to serve themselves or queue or would a sit-down meal with formal servers be more suitable. If you decide a sit-down meal then do you want individual meals or larger sharing 'family style' bowls and platters to be passed amongst your guests. Lastly, do you require different types of catering for different times of the day, ie. canapes, formal but' family style' sit down meal and then a buffet?

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started Los Antojitos as we saw that there was a gap in the market for fresh, colourful and tasty food that was both allergen and environmentally friendly. Our 100% vegan food is suitable for all with many naturally healthy and gluten-free options. We are more often than not booked by non-vegan customers as the bright, appetising food receives rave reviews and, as we said earlier, really does generally ensure that there is something for everyone.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We enjoy working with Add to Event as it opens us up to many more potential customers who we can be paired with based on our suitability through keywords selected by both us and the potential client. It is really easy to see from the dates, location, budget and initial description whether it is worth us quoting due to availability and suitability so it saves everybody from wasted time and effort it is clear that there is no need for us to quote and start a discussion, for whatever reason. We have recommended the site to other catering companies and to people who we know may use the service to find catering companies for their events.
