Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

We love using Chop and Chip!
We love using Chop and Chip. Their food is always great and so tasty. Portion sizes are great and they fill you up and do not leave you needing more. Wanting yes but needing no. The menus change often giving lots of choice each time. The team are always self sufficient and tidy everything up themselves each time. They make sure no food is wasted and are always cheerful and polite. We will use again and again.

I used this catering company for a family and friends party and was so impressed! I’d never organised anything on this scale before, but from the first contact they made everything easy—explaining the set-up options, menus, and answering all my questions. After booking, they checked in a couple of times and again the week before to finalise numbers, which was really reassuring. On the day, the chefs arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and set up with no fuss. Food was served bang on schedule and guests raved about how amazing it was. So pleased with everything—highly recommend!
Great Service Tasty Food
Great communications, everyone said the food was fast and tasty which was brilliant. Speed was important as they were catering a five a side football match for around 115 people! Thank you - Highly recommended.

Super responsive with the the quote and communication! One of the reasons why I chose Chip & Chop :) We hired Chip & Chop for our 25th work anniversary where we wanted British fare (fish/chicken goujons, mushy peas, pickled onions etc) and they delivered both on food and service! Food was prepared on site, fresh and delicious. Very accommodating with our schedule and environment. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
