Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months). They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Wonderful food
Everything, from the moment we chose this company, has been amazing! The communication, their set up, the food!!! The staff were so friendly, all the food was hot and so very enjoyed by our friends and family at our wedding. We honestly couldn't fault them at all, would definitely go with this company again!

Chip & Chop provided the BBQ catering for my dad's 80th birthday and I can not recommend them enough. Everyone I dealt with, whether prior to the event or during the event was professional and friendly. They did everything they could to make the whole event go off without a hitch. Every person who attended the party commented on how delicious the food was. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them. Superb food and service!
Great food and a great team
The perfect food and set up for our event. We had an informal festival type wedding with a street food buffet. The team were happy to accommodate some of our quirkier requests and communicated fantastically in the run up to the big day. The food itself was stunning, quick to come out and the on the day staff were friendly and amazing. Could not recommend them more.

Fantastic communication throughout & Delicious Food, all delivered in recyclable packaging. Then delivery team arrived early on the day & set everything up, which helped so much, I didn't have to worry about labeling everything or setting up.
