What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a quote for an event, we just need the date, time and location of the event. We ask to be informed of any food allergies or special requirements before we attend an event. For us to create a smooth service we also need the estimated amount of guests attending and whether power or water is available.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would always suggest doing some research into your caterer - look at their Website, Instagram and Facebook page for reviews and images.
We know that the catering can make or break an event, and it's important you have confidence in the caterer. Are they responsive to messages and available on calls. Will they adapt their service to suit your event?
What's included in the price and what isn't then no unexpected surprises on the day.
At Pizza Di Napoli we ask for a booking form to be completed which sets out the expectations and requirements/requests from both sides. Nothing is left to chance.

Pizza Di Napoli is a pop-up pizza caterer formed in 2020. We began providing for small family events to now attend weddings, birthdays and festivals with attendance of 1000+ people.
Our team has a passion for serving authentic Neapolitan pizzas for any event type.
