What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To be able to provide an accurate comprehensive quote, we need to know the duration of time we will be needed. We also need to know what type of event you will be hosting (i.e party, wedding, celebration) etc and whether it is night or day. Finally, we will ask you how much of our available equipment you will need.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the service provider how professional their equipment is because at the end of the day you don't want your event looking half-hearted and cheap, but professional. You should also ask how experienced they are in this area of work, to check whether they are capable of making your night a success. Ask them if they can do a better price than their competitors.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I and my partner Max started Indelible Events because we have a passion for fun times and music. We spent many of our recent years in the club or at parties, to the point where we feel we can throw a really good one. We also both pride ourselves on manners and know we have excellent customer service which is essential in this line of work.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have not yet had a booking with Add to Event as I have only recently joined but look forward to some in the near future.
