- What is the occasion, Wedding, Birthday Party (please specify the age of the guests and the birthday boy/girl), Engagement, Corporate event
- What equipment you feel we need, this may include radio mics for speeches, UV lights if you want that type of atmosphere, confetti cannon if you want something extra, silk backdrops for behind the top-table, and mood lighting for the room.

We can then establish a comprehensive quotation to suit your party style and work with you on your budget.

Bespoke Group has been established for nearly 5 years and we have countless events under our belt. As an accomplished DJ and Musician, the proprietor Karl Evans has a passion for all things music and events. We pride ourselves on going that extra mile for our guests and that shows in our excellent reviews with Add to Event.
Our guests and our customers are always our Key Focus, we intricately plan each and every event and ensure nothing is left to second guess. Liaising with every venue to ensure they have the relevant documents needed for the event from insurance, electrical certificates to Temporary Events Notices. Compliance is equally important to us.

Add to Event has given Bespoke Group the stepping stone to help grow our business and take it to the next level.

We have many bookings to mention but one that stands out is when we were approached by a lovely couple who had been let down at the last minute by a 'Cheaper Disco Company' the day before their wedding!. This always breaks our heart as no-one should ever be let down last minute, especially for a special day.

The wedding in question was booked the day before and we moved heaven and earth to make sure the amazing couples wedding went without fault. Normally months of planning from walking down the aisle music, speeches, first dance, cake cutting, father and bride dance to the music for the rest of the night was planned in less than 24 hrs.. not something we recommend doing but we pulled it off without a glitch.
